Clear and Fair Terms
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change.
Should you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please notify us as early as possible.
- 30 days or more prior to arrival: full refund of any deposit paid.
- 14–29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- 13 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit will be retained.
- No-shows and early departures: non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
